Only 5 ground floor units come with void space. One of the key selling point of CT FoodNex is that 40 footer trucks have direct access to all ground floor units. As for 20 footer trucks, they are able to access to the 4th floor and 7.5m rigid trucks are able to access to the 10th floor.
